Booking and using the service is designed to be straightforward.

1. Book an appointment

You can book online by providing:

  • Your vehicle registration

  • Your postcode

  • The service you require

You can then select a time slot that suits you, including:

  • 2-hour window

  • 4-hour window

  • All-day slot

Appointments are available 7 days a week between 8am and 8pm, with same-day or next-day availability in some locations.

2. Prepare your vehicle

Before the technician arrives, make sure your vehicle is parked safely.

Your car should be:

  • Parked off the road (such as on a driveway or private car park)

  • On a flat and solid surface

  • Positioned with at least 1 metre of space around it

If you are having tyre work carried out, leave the locking wheel nut in a safe location for the technician.

3. Confirm details with the technician

On the day of the appointment, the technician will contact you to confirm:

  • Your vehicle’s location

  • Where your keys are stored

  • Where the locking wheel nut is (if required)

4. Sit back while the technician gets to work
